These folks made training fun Friday night as we arrived in St George and apologetically said we needed to get in our miles. Such enthusiasm you’ve never seen – so off we went to the River Trail with the Woodbury Family and grandkids. It was fun to have Curtis tell us names of the plants we passed, and Annie, Alex, and Holden kept up with us the whole way. It sure beats walking in circles around the track at the gym!!!
Becky & Mark were our hosts and we enjoyed getting to know their family better. It was chilly enough that we really enjoyed the yummy taco soup and FABULOUS cornbread made by their granddaughter Taylor. Such a fun evening as the kids all played their beginning piano pieces and Taylor accompanied us like a pro while we all sang along .
